Julia and Hotser

Only a little time ago I could not imagine that I would ever venture on such a mission to search for love abroad. For years I had not been able to find my ‘other half’ and realized that my outlook differed from our local one so I decided to broaden my search to other parts of the world.

When you have no doubts and are ready to be determined then fate will not make you wait for too long. And I truly found a man whose personality, humor, and knowledge captured my interest. I did not expect to make a quick decision and gave us time to get to know each other better. But the intensity of our communication grew so quickly and we realized that date in real life was the next step necessary.

Being a real gentleman, he offered to visit my homeland and get acquainted with my life. I remember this feeling of anticipation which kept me awake all night. We were quite nervous when we first met but very soon we became quite comfortable with each other.

I was a guide for my visitor, showcasing my city and my culture. I can add that cultural difference is not a flaw, completely the opposite, it is a way to broaden our cultural horizons and explore your partner’s soul.

My visitor gave me a feeling of safety by coming to see me first and for me, it was a real feat on his part. We had a great and remarkable weekend together and, of course, we were delighted that such good fortune had come into our lives. The date was a very important step in the development of our relationship and I am sure that we will take many other steps in the future that will bring us closer together.

I would like to give some advice to those who are still in search of their partners: never close your heart, hide behind prejudices or feign indifference. Let your heart feel and listen to it carefully, sometimes it knows what you need better than your rational mind!
