Hello to everyone! This is Jim from America and I am back in the States, but wanted to say thanks for everything. To Jane, for her interpretor service and feedback, and to all the office staff for their help and assistance during my recent visit, especially arranging for me to be able to call my son back in the USA in the evening. I was impressed by the long hours put in by everyone and the attention they give to their clients. My biggest concern was arriving in a foreign country with no one to be there at the airport, and completely missed the sign held for me, but lovely Alexandra (Sasha) tracked me down quickly with comforting welcome. And Sasha was very helpful with interpretation skills as well as being a genuinely kind person.

And thank Peter the driver as well for his promptness and concerns about getting to the airport in time upon my departure, as well as his advice on souvenir choice.

Very many beautiful ladies, Tver is blessed with. I find it difficult not to return. Will be in touch and feel I have come away with if nothing else....some new friends!
