Each of us has our own ways of obtaining vital energy. I get it from everything I do and am interested in. I love to play sports, ride horses, go to the gym and train the body of my dreams. :) Fitness has a special place in my heart to feel better both inside and out. Every day, I go in for some kind of sports and of course, this helps me keep myself in shape. I love outdoor recreation, fishing and hiking. I love cooking unusual dishes and desserts, but baking inspires me the most. I`m sure baking is uplifting. I get double pleasure from this - first from baking, and then from eating it.
