Hi,

My name is Ol­ga and I want to start by say­ing that I love my home very much and most of all I like spend­ing time in the kitchen. It is my sort of 'place of pow­er'.

My hob­by is bak­ing cakes and cook­ing tas­ty desserts. Bak­ing in your kitchen is not just a fad for peo­ple with time on their hands; it can be great fun too.

I dream of open­ing my own patis­serie. My grand­mother had a small bak­ery so I spent a lot of time there in my child­hood.

I re­mem­ber the very first cake I made was at school in cook­ery class. It was aw­ful but I am sure bak­ing is not about ta­l­en­t—it’s about sci­ence.

Bak­ing may not be a tra­di­tio­n­al form of art, but I be­lieve it is an art nonethe­less. Bak­ing has al­so be­come a stress buster for me. I like try­ing new recipes or cook­ing us­ing my own cre­a­tiv­i­ty in or­der to cre­ate a new taste.

Any­way, is there any­thing bet­ter than hav­ing a house that smells of cho­co­late chip cookies bak­ing in the oven? And I guess it is al­ways a good idea to have a some­thing sweet af­ter a hard day at work.
